Cozma Elisabeta, Cri\u0219an Florica \u0219i Vlaicu Meda de la Colegiul Na\u021bional \u201cOctavian Goga\u201d din Marghitala MAZSALACAS MUZIKAS UN MAKSALAS PAMATSKOLA, regiunea Valmiera, Letonia.<br>\nPrima zi a programului de Job Shadowing \u00een Letonia a fost o incursiune fascinant\u0103 \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu unde respectul pentru trecut se \u00eemplete\u0219te armonios cu grija pentru viitor. De la ritmurile dansurilor populare p\u00e2n\u0103 la metodele inedite de realizare a activit\u0103\u021bilor outdoor, experien\u021ba ne-a oferit o perspectiv\u0103 nou\u0103 asupra identit\u0103\u021bii baltice.<br>\nDans, steaguri \u0219i opinci: o mo\u0219tenire comun\u0103<br>\nZiua a debutat sub semnul culorilor na\u021bionale. Gazdele ne-au prezentat cu m\u00e2ndrie istoria steagului leton \u2013 unul dintre cele mai vechi din lume \u2013 a c\u0103rui nuan\u021b\u0103 de ro\u0219u-vi\u0219iniu ascunde legende str\u0103vechi despre curaj.<br>\nMomentul culminant a fost atelierul de dansuri tradi\u021bionale. \u00centr-o atmosfer\u0103 plin\u0103 de energie, am fost invita\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m pa\u0219ii de baz\u0103 \u00een cadrul unui dans interactiv care ne-a scos rapid din zona de confort. Fiecare lum\u00e2nare creat\u0103 a fost nu doar un obiect decorativ, ci un simbol al c\u0103ldurii \u0219i ospitalit\u0103\u021bii letone.<br>\nLec\u021bia outdoor<br>\nAm p\u0103r\u0103sit confortul \u0219colii \u0219i ne-am deplasat \u00een proximitate, unde profesorul mentor a transformat natura \u00eentr-un laborator viu. Lec\u021bia outdoor ne-a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat cum s\u0103 \u201ecitim\u201d calitatea aerului f\u0103r\u0103 aparate sofisticate, folosind lichenii ca bioindicatori, cum s\u0103 organiz\u0103m copiii pentru a colabora \u0219i a cre\u0219te stima de sine.<br>\nStudiind cu aten\u021bie scoar\u021ba copacilor, am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat c\u0103 prezen\u021ba anumitor specii de licheni indic\u0103 un aer pur, \u00een timp ce dispari\u021bia lor este un semnal de alarm\u0103 privind poluarea. Aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 practic\u0103 de monitorizare a mediului ne-a demonstrat c\u00e2t de str\u00e2ns\u0103 este leg\u0103tura dintre s\u0103n\u0103tatea naturii \u0219i stilul nostru de via\u021b\u0103.<br>\nPrima zi s-a \u00eencheiat cu promisiunea unor noi descoperiri, l\u0103s\u00e2ndu-ne cu imaginea unei \u021b\u0103ri care \u00ee\u0219i poart\u0103 \u201eopincile\u201d cu m\u00e2ndrie \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i protejeaz\u0103 cu stricte\u021be puritatea aerului.\n\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea prin activit\u0103\u021bi outdoor, non-formale \u0219i incluzive.<br>\n\nZiua a II-a a programului job shadowing la MAZSALACAS M\u016aZIKAS UN M\u0100KSLAS PAMATSKOLA din regiunea Valmiera, Letonia a fost destinat\u0103 \u00een\u021belegerii modului de realizare a unei activit\u0103\u021bi outdoor, \u00een prima parte a zilei.<br>\nJoc de orientare \u201ePovestea mileniumului\u201d<br>\nFiecare detaliu este preg\u0103tit cu minu\u021biozitate: se alege subiectul, se proiecteaz\u0103 sarcinile de lucru \u0219i finalitatea. Se \u021bine cont de caracteristicile grupului: v\u00e2rst\u0103, nivelul de dezvoltare ontogenetic\u0103, coeziunea grupului, comunicarea \u00eentr-o limb\u0103 str\u0103in\u0103, dezvoltarea competen\u021belor IT dar \u0219i descoperirea culturii letone.<br>\nPentru activitatea de ast\u0103zi a fost realizat\u0103 o fi\u0219\u0103 de lucru. Completarea ei a implicat: munca \u00een echip\u0103, colaborare \u00een limba englez\u0103, dezvoltarea competen\u021belor IT \u0219i orientarea \u00een teren.<br>\nGrupul de elevi a fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit in 4 grupe a c\u00e2te 5 copii. Fiecare grup\u0103 a primit o hart\u0103 \u0219i o fi\u0219\u0103 de lucru. Au avut la dispozi\u021bie 1h 20 min. Dup\u0103 acest timp, indiferent dac\u0103 au terminat sau nu toate sarcinile, copiii trebuia s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 la locul de plecare. \u00cen fi\u0219\u0103 au avut 7 sarcini care i-au f\u0103cut s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be istoria local\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se orienteze pe teren prin descoperire \u0219i colaborare. Toate grupele au reu\u0219it s\u0103 rezorvele cerin\u021bele. Au fost verificate fi\u0219ele de lucru, s-a realizat o ierarhie pe locurile: I &#8211; 2 echipe; II &#8211; o echip\u0103 \u0219i III &#8211; o echip\u0103. Copiii au fost r\u0103spl\u0103ti\u021bi cu diplome \u0219i dulciuri.<br>\nActivitatea s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat la Castelul din Turaida. Am descoperit o legend\u0103 leton\u0103 despre Trandafirul din Turaida, o legend\u0103 despre integritate \u0219i stima de sine a unei fete Maija, descoperit\u0103 pe c\u00e2mpul de lupt\u0103, \u00een secolul al XVII-lea, \u00een timpul r\u0103zboiului dintre Suedia \u0219i Polonia. Maija a preferat moartea \u00een locul dezonoarei, fiind \u00eenmorm\u00e2ntat\u0103 pe Dealul bisericii din Turaida, iar logodnicul ei a plantat un tei.<br>\n\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea prin activit\u0103\u021bi non-formale a continuat la un atelier de creat bastoane, unde fiecare elev a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat me\u0219te\u0219ugul local prin crearea unui bastona\u0219 care a fost pirogravat cu propriul nume. Pentru creare s-au folosit nuiele puse \u00een ap\u0103 fierbite pentru a putea fi cur\u0103\u021bate \u0219i \u00eencovoiate sub forma dorit\u0103.<br>\nDescoperirea orizontului local a continuat cu o vizit\u0103 la pista de bob Sigulda: Bobsleja un kamaninu trase &#8220;Sigulda&#8221;.  Am descoperit pista la pas, admir\u00e2nd peisajul \u0219i interac\u021bion\u00e2nd.<br>\nAzi s-a eviden\u021biat faptul c\u0103 incluziunea se poate realiza foarte bine prin activit\u0103\u021bi outdoor \u0219i non-formale \u00een timp ce se exploreaz\u0103 orizontul local.<br>\nSchimb de bune practici \u00een Letonia<br>\nA treia zi din cadrul programului de job shadowing la Mazsalacas M\u016bzikas un m\u0101kslas pamatskola din regiunea Valmiera, Letonia a oferit o incursiune fascinant\u0103 \u00een sistemul educa\u021bional local. Activit\u0103\u021bile au combinat tehnologia digital\u0103, creativitatea artistic\u0103, spiritul civic \u0219i tradi\u021biile \u0219colare.<br>\nOra de geografie de la clasa a VII-a  a demonstrat cum tehnologia este integrat\u0103 natural \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Lec\u021bia s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat cu ajutorul platformelor \u0219i h\u0103r\u021bilor interactive, profesorul monitoriz\u00e2nd \u0219i ghid\u00e2nd, \u00een timp ce elevii au explorat \u0219i \u0219i rezolvat sarcinile \u00een ritm propriu.<br>\nUrm\u0103toarea lec\u021bie urm\u0103rit\u0103 a fost o demonstra\u021bie de creativitate \u00een echip\u0103: Coregrafie contra cronometru<br>\n\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea colaborativ\u0103 a fost pus\u0103 \u00een valoare printr-o activitate dinamic\u0103 pe grupe.  Elevii \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi \u00een echipe au avut de rezolvat o provocare: crearea unei coregrafii originale pe un fundal muzical cu o durat\u0103 de 30 de secunde. Scopul acestei activit\u0103\u021bi a fost dezvoltarea spiritului de echip\u0103, a managementului timpului \u0219i a exprim\u0103rii corporale.<br>\n\ud83c\udf32 A urmat o activitate outdoor menit\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eei \u00eenve\u021be pe participan\u021bi responsabilitatea pentru mediu. Educa\u021bia ecologic\u0103 se \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 prin ac\u021biune direct\u0103 \u00een comunitatea leton\u0103.  Elevii au participat la o activitate \u00een aer liber dedicat\u0103 naturii: plantare de copaci. Copiii au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat tehnica corect\u0103 de plantare a puie\u021bilor de pin, activitatea av\u00e2nd ca impact con\u0219tientizarea importan\u021bei re\u00eemp\u0103duririi \u0219i protej\u0103rii mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor.<br>\nLa clasa a IV-a, lec\u021bia a eviden\u021biat valorile culturale \u0219i disciplina pozitiv\u0103. La \u00eenceputul orei de limba leton\u0103, to\u021bi copiii s-au ridicat \u00een picioare la unison.  Acest ritual simplu marcheaz\u0103 trecerea spre momentul de studiu \u0219i respectul pentru profesor. Ora s-a concentrat pe consolidarea competen\u021belor lingvistice specifice v\u00e2rstei, printr-un  joc didactic utilizat frecvent \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul  primar pentru verificarea cuno\u0219tintelor. Jocul se nume\u0219te \u201eR\u0103spunsul ascuns\u201d, scopul acestuia fiind evaluarea rapid\u0103 a \u00eentregii clase.<br>\nTehnica se bazeaz\u0103 pe controlul vizual al \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103torului \u0219i autonomia elevului, ajut\u00e2nd cadrul didactic s\u0103 primeasc\u0103  feedback instant despre nivelul de \u00een\u021belegere al clasei.<br>\nA urmat o lec\u021bie de gramatic\u0103 \u00een cadrul unei ore de limba leton\u0103, \u00een care structurile gramaticale au fost studiate \u0219i aprofundate cu ajutorul tehnologiei moderne. Prin utilizarea aplica\u021biilor educa\u021bionale, a exerci\u021biilor digitale \u0219i a activit\u0103\u021bilor colaborative desf\u0103\u0219urate pe platforme online, procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare a devenit mai atractiv \u0219i mai eficient. Elevii \u0219i-au dezvoltat competen\u021bele lingvistice \u00eentr-un mod dinamic, descoperind totodat\u0103 noi metode de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare bazate pe instrumente digitale \u0219i colaborare.<br>\nAstfel educa\u021bia leton\u0103 \u00eembin\u0103 armonios tehnologia, creativitatea, responsabilitatea civic\u0103 \u0219i respectul pentru valorile tradi\u021bionale. <br>\nExperien\u021bele observate azi la Mazsalacas M\u016bzikas un m\u0101kslas pamatskola ne-au oferit numeroase exemple de bune practici \u0219i metode moderne de predare, centrate pe implicarea activ\u0103 a elevilor \u0219i dezvoltarea competen\u021belor pentru viitor, fiind o oportunitate valoroas\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, inspira\u021bie \u0219i schimb intercultural, consolid\u00e2nd totodat\u0103 parteneriatul educa\u021bional european dintre \u0219coli.<br>\nFile de istorie leton\u0103: de la Epoca de Piatr\u0103 la secretele R\u0103zboiului Rece<br>\nZiua a patra a mobilit\u0103\u021bii Erasmus+ desf\u0103\u0219urate la Mazsalacas M\u016bzikas un m\u0101kslas pamatskola din regiunea Valmiera, Letonia a oferit elevilor \u0219i profesorilor o adev\u0103rat\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103torie prin timp, transform\u00e2nd lec\u021biile de istorie \u00een experien\u021be vii \u0219i interactive. De la vestigiile preistorice \u0219i fort\u0103re\u021bele medievale p\u00e2n\u0103 la bunc\u0103rele secrete ale perioadei sovietice, fiecare loc vizitat a contribuit la \u00een\u021belegerea modului \u00een care trecutul modeleaz\u0103 identitatea unei na\u021biuni.<br>\nPrima oprire a fost la Parcul Arheologic \u0100rai\u0161i, unul dintre cele mai importante situri istorice din nordul Europei. Aici, participan\u021bii au descoperit o impresionant\u0103 reconstituire a unei a\u0219ez\u0103ri lacustre din secolele IX-X, construit\u0103 pe platforme de lemn deasupra apei. Vizita a oferit o incursiune fascinant\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba comunit\u0103\u021bilor medievale \u0219i chiar \u00een perioada Epocii de Piatr\u0103, prin intermediul vestigiilor \u0219i al uneltelor descoperite \u00een regiune. Elevii au avut ocazia s\u0103 observe tehnicile tradi\u021bionale de construc\u021bie \u0219i modul ingenios \u00een care apa a contribuit la conservarea structurilor din lemn. Sarcinile de lucru i-au purtat pe r\u00e2nd prin epocile pietei, bronzului, fierului \u0219i medieval\u0103. Activitatea s-a \u00eencheiat cu un concurs interactiv de verificare a cuno\u0219tin\u021belor, care a stimulat spiritul de echip\u0103 \u0219i implicarea activ\u0103 a participan\u021bilor.<br>\nC\u0103l\u0103toria a continuat \u00een ora\u0219ul C\u0113sis, considerat unul dintre cele mai frumoase \u0219i mai importante centre istorice ale Letoniei. Str\u0103zile pavate, castelul medieval \u0219i cl\u0103dirile vechi p\u0103streaz\u0103 farmecul autentic al regiunii Vidzeme. De asemenea, participan\u021bii au observat modul armonios \u00een care ruinele istorice \u0219i spa\u021biile verzi sunt integrate \u00een via\u021ba urban\u0103 modern\u0103, iar muzeele \u0219i programele culturale locale contribuie la p\u0103strarea tradi\u021biilor \u0219i me\u0219te\u0219ugurilor autentice.<br>\nUltima etap\u0103 a traseului educativ al zilei a oferit o perspectiv\u0103 impresionant\u0103 asupra perioadei sovietice, prin vizitarea bunc\u0103rului secret din L\u012bgatne \u2013 Slepenais Bunkurs. Ascuns la nou\u0103 metri sub un centru de reabilitare, acest ad\u0103post antiatomic era destinat conducerii comuniste \u00een eventualitatea unui r\u0103zboi nuclear. Atmosfera autentic\u0103, p\u0103strat\u0103 prin mobilierul original, echipamentele de comunica\u021bii \u0219i materialele de propagand\u0103, a transformat vizita \u00eentr-o lec\u021bie de istorie profund\u0103 \u0219i emo\u021bionant\u0103. Ghidul nostru, un actor foarte talentat, a f\u0103cut ca participan\u021bii s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 mai bine impactul regimului sovietic asupra vie\u021bii cotidiene \u0219i tensiunile specifice perioadei R\u0103zboiului Rece.<br>\nAceast\u0103 zi de mobilitate Erasmus+ a demonstrat \u00eenc\u0103 o dat\u0103 c\u00e2t de valoroas\u0103 poate fi \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea prin experien\u021b\u0103 direct\u0103. Lec\u021biile de istorie au prins via\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba elevilor, transform\u00e2nd informa\u021biile din manuale \u00een imagini, emo\u021bii \u0219i amintiri autentice. Dincolo de descoperirea patrimoniului cultural \u0219i istoric al Letoniei, experien\u021ba a contribuit la dezvoltarea spiritului critic, a curiozit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i a \u00een\u021belegerii valorilor europene comune.<br>\nZiua de Vineri, 15.05.2026 a debutat spectaculos:<br>\n1. Flori gigante din carton \u00een fa\u021ba \u0219colii<br>\nProiectul a \u00eenceput \u00een sala de clas\u0103 sub semnul creativit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i al responsabilit\u0103\u021bii fa\u021b\u0103 de mediu. Elevii din clasele primare au dat startul acestei experien\u021be printr-o activitate ecologic\u0103 de amploare. Ace\u0219tia au pictat \u0219i au \u201eplantat\u201d flori gigante, realizate \u00een \u00eentregime din carton reutilizat, transform\u00e2nd parcul din fa\u021ba \u0219colii \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu plin de culoare. Activitatea a subliniat importan\u021ba recicl\u0103rii \u0219i a implic\u0103rii celor mici \u00een \u00eenfrumuse\u021barea comunit\u0103\u021bii.<br>\n2. Tradi\u021bii letone: Festivitatea clasei a IX-a \u0219i predarea \u0219tafetei<br>\nDe la ora 10 am avut ocazia unic\u0103 de a asista la festivitatea de \u00eencheiere a cursurilor pentru elevii clasei a IX-a (un moment terminal important \u00een sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt local). Aceast\u0103 ceremonie reprezint\u0103 un ritual profund al \u0219colii gazd\u0103, centrat pe predarea simbolic\u0103 a \u0219tafetei \u0219i a responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor c\u0103tre genera\u021biile mai mici. Momentul a oferit o lec\u021bie valoroas\u0103 despre continuitate, respect pentru tradi\u021bii \u0219i comunitate unit\u0103.<br>\n3. Team building la superlativ: Cursa de canoe \u00een Parcul Natural Ska\u0146aiskalns<br>\nFinalul stagiului de Job Shadowing a fost marcat de o activitate outdoor memorabil\u0103, plin\u0103 de adrenalin\u0103: o curs\u0103 de canoe pe r\u00e2u, desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00een peisajul spectaculos al Parcului Natural Ska\u0146aiskalns din Mazsalaca. Echipele au fost formate din c\u00e2te 3 membri, reunind la un loc profesori, elevi letoni \u0219i participan\u021bii no\u0219tri la proiect. Aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 pe ap\u0103 a testat abilit\u0103\u021bile de comunicare \u0219i sincronizare, consolid\u00e2nd leg\u0103turile de prietenie \u0219i demonstr\u00e2nd c\u0103 succesul se ob\u021bine \u00eentotdeauna prin munc\u0103 \u00een echip\u0103.<br>\n\nSchimb de experien\u021b\u0103 la cel mai \u00eenalt nivel<br>\nPe parcursul stagiului, participan\u021bii au asistat la ore de curs, au interac\u021bionat cu speciali\u0219ti din sistemul educa\u021bional leton \u0219i au analizat strategii eficiente de management \u0219colar. Letonia este recunoscut\u0103 la nivel european pentru integrarea tehnologiei \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i pentru accentul pus pe competen\u021bele practice ale elevilor. <br>\nActivit\u0103\u021bile zilnice au inclus:<br>\n\u2022\tObservarea direct\u0103 a tehnicilor de predare bazate pe proiecte interdisciplinare.<br>\n\u2022\tAnaliza infrastructurii digitale utilizate pentru simplificarea procesului administrativ \u0219i didactic.<br>\n\u2022\tDezbateri interactive privind adaptarea curriculumului la cerin\u021bele actuale ale pie\u021bei muncii.<br>\n\u2022\tExplorarea metodelor de incluziune \u0219colar\u0103 \u0219i suport emo\u021bional pentru elevi.\nPrincipalele competen\u021be dob\u00e2ndite \u0219i planuri de viitor<br>\nExperien\u021ba acumulat\u0103 \u00een Letonia aduce valoare ad\u0103ugat\u0103 direct\u0103 comunit\u0103\u021bii noastre \u0219colare. Printre cele mai importante concluzii se num\u0103r\u0103:<br>\n\u2022\tEduca\u021bie verde: Tehnici noi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u00een aer liber \u0219i proiecte creative din materiale reciclabile.<br>\n\u2022\tManagementul tradi\u021biilor: Idei noi pentru organizarea festivit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i cre\u0219terea coeziunii \u0219colare.<br>\n\u2022\tAbord\u0103ri non-formale: Utilizarea sportului \u0219i a activit\u0103\u021bilor \u00een natur\u0103 ca instrumente de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i team-building.<br>\n\u00cen perioada urm\u0103toare, echipa de proiect va organiza ateliere de diseminare \u00een cadrul \u0219colii noastre. Obiectivul este de a \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i aceste metode interactive cu toate cadrele didactice, asigur\u00e2nd un impact pe termen lung asupra calit\u0103\u021bii actului
