{"id":8462,"date":"2026-05-25T12:35:38","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T10:35:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cnog.ro\/?p=8462"},"modified":"2026-05-25T12:46:46","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T10:46:46","slug":"mobilitate-job-shadowing-la-lycee-thuillier-din-amiens-franta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.cnog.ro\/index.php\/mobilitate-job-shadowing-la-lycee-thuillier-din-amiens-franta\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobilitate job shadowing la Lyc\u00e9e Thuillier din Amiens, Fran\u021ba"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div align=\"justify\"><b>Ziua 1 \u2013 Luni, 23 martie 2026<\/b><br>\n Job shadowing la Lyc\u00e9e Thuillier<br>\nPrima zi a mobilit\u0103\u021bii noastre de tip job shadowing la Lyc\u00e9e Thuillier din Amiens a \u00eenceput sub semnul deschiderii, al profesionalismului \u0219i al unei c\u0103lduri umane care ne-a f\u0103cut s\u0103 ne sim\u021bim, \u00eenc\u0103 din primele momente, parte din comunitatea lor.\nAm fost \u00eent\u00e2mpina\u021bi de o echip\u0103 dedicat\u0103 de profesori: Claire Gaillet, coordonatorul nostru de mobilitate, domnul Gastigar \u2013 responsabil Erasmus, domnul Prizzi \u2013 profesor de limba italian\u0103, precum \u0219i de domnul director, provizorul Christophe Georges.<br>\n\ud83c\udfe2 Un campus care respir\u0103 organizare \u0219i autonomie<br>\nAm descoperit \u0219coala printr-un tur ghidat al campusului \u2013 un spa\u021biu impresionant, \u00eentins pe aproximativ 40 de hectare, organizat \u00een cl\u0103diri cu func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi bine definite.\nNe-au atras aten\u021bia:<br>\n&#8211; organizarea clar\u0103 a spa\u021biului educa\u021bional;<br>\n&#8211; num\u0103rul mare de elevi care vin la \u0219coal\u0103 cu bicicleta;<br>\n&#8211; accesul \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 pe baz\u0103 de cartel\u0103, care asigur\u0103 siguran\u021ba \u0219i controlul fluxului de elevi.<br>\n\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc66\u200d\ud83d\udc66 Dialoguri autentice despre educa\u021bie \u2013 dincolo de teorie<br>\nTimp de aproximativ trei ore, am avut un schimb real de experien\u021b\u0103 cu echipa liceului, abord\u00e2nd teme esen\u021biale din via\u021ba \u0219colii:<br>\n &#8211; Absenteismul \u0219colar \u2013 un sistem foarte bine pus la punct: p\u0103rin\u021bii sunt anun\u021ba\u021bi imediat \u00een cazul absen\u021belor, ceea ce permite interven\u021bii rapide \u0219i prevenirea acumul\u0103rii problemelor.<br>\n&#8211; Structura \u201eLa vie scolaire\u201d \u2013 un departament extrem de important \u00een via\u021ba \u0219colii, care monitorizeaz\u0103 situa\u021biile elevilor, \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 nemul\u021bumirile acestora \u0219i men\u021bine o leg\u0103tur\u0103 constant\u0103 cu familiile, prin intermediul consilierilor \u0219colari. Este un model clar de suport \u0219i mediere \u00eentre elev, familie \u0219i \u0219coal\u0103.<br>\n&#8211; Gestionarea cazurilor de violen\u021b\u0103 \u2013 pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 proceduri clare, \u0219coala dezvolt\u0103 o cultur\u0103 a responsabilit\u0103\u021bii prin implicarea elevilor. Un rol esen\u021bial \u00eel au elevii-ambasadori, care ini\u021biaz\u0103 \u0219i sus\u021bin programe de preven\u021bie, contribuind activ la reducerea conflictelor.<br>\n&#8211; Managementul conflictelor \u2013 accent pe mediere, dialog \u0219i reconectare.<br>\n&#8211; Rela\u021bia cu p\u0103rin\u021bii \u2013 bazat\u0103 pe comunicare constant\u0103, transparent\u0103 \u0219i orientat\u0103 spre sprijin.<br>\n&#8211; Incluziunea elevilor cu CES \u2013 realizat\u0103 prin adapt\u0103ri reale \u0219i sprijin personalizat, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t fiecare elev s\u0103 se simt\u0103 parte din comunitate.<br>\n\ud83d\udd70\ufe0fObserva\u021bie la clas\u0103 \u2013 mai mult dec\u00e2t o lec\u021bie de limba englez\u0103<br>\nAm asistat la o or\u0103 de limba englez\u0103 \u00een care am putut observa:<br>\n &#8211;  o rela\u021bie profesor\u2013elev bazat\u0103 pe respect \u0219i \u00eencredere;<br>\n&#8211;  implicare activ\u0103 \u0219i libertate de exprimare;<br>\n&#8211;  metode interactive, centrate pe elev;<br>\n&#8211;  aten\u021bie constant\u0103 pentru evitarea oric\u0103rei forme de discriminare.<br>\nProfesorul devine aici un ghid al \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii \u0219i al rela\u021biei.<br>\n\ud83e\udedb\ud83c\udf4c Experien\u021ba cantinei \u2013 educa\u021bie pentru un stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos<br>\nZiua s-a completat cu masa de pr\u00e2nz servit\u0103 \u00een cantina \u0219colii, unde am remarcat grija pentru un meniu echilibrat \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tos. Alimenta\u021bia este tratat\u0103 ca parte integrant\u0103 a educa\u021biei, contribuind la formarea unor obiceiuri de via\u021b\u0103 sustenabile pentru elevi.<br>\n<b>Ziua 2 \u2013 24 martie 2026<\/b><br>\nA doua zi a mobilit\u0103\u021bii a fost dedicat\u0103 explor\u0103rii metodelor pedagogice moderne, form\u0103rii cadrelor didactice \u0219i observ\u0103rii directe a activit\u0103\u021bilor didactice, oferind o perspectiv\u0103 integrat\u0103 asupra sistemului educa\u021bional francez.<br>\n\ud83d\udcbb Integrarea competen\u021belor digitale \u00een procesul educa\u021bional<br>\nActivit\u0103\u021bile au debutat cu prezentarea sus\u021binut\u0103 de domnul Fran\u00e7ois Marcq, profesor de \u0219tiin\u021be economice \u0219i sociale \u0219i responsabil pentru dezvoltarea educa\u021biei digitale.<br>\nAu fost eviden\u021biate platforme utilizate frecvent \u00een activitatea didactic\u0103:<br>\nPIX \u2013 platform\u0103 na\u021bional\u0103 pentru evaluarea \u0219i certificarea competen\u021belor digitale;<br>\nMizou \u2013 instrument bazat pe inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103, utilizat pentru simularea unor contexte de comunicare \u0219i dezvoltarea g\u00e2ndirii critice;<br>\nNotebookLM \u2013 aplica\u021bie pentru organizarea informa\u021biei \u0219i realizarea de sinteze.<br>\nUtilizarea acestor instrumente este realizat\u0103 \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 echilibrat\u0103, cu accent pe dezvoltarea autonomiei \u0219i a g\u00e2ndirii critice a elevilor.<br>\n\ud83d\udcd6 Formarea cadrelor didactice \u0219i organizarea programului \u0219colar\n\u00cen cadrul \u00eent\u00e2lnirii cu doamna Lou Br\u00e9ment, profesor stagiar, au fost prezentate aspecte esen\u021biale ale parcursului profesional \u00een sistemul educa\u021bional francez.<br>\nDiscu\u021bia a vizat:<br>\n&#8211; concursul de \u201eagr\u00e9gation\u201d, care certific\u0103 un nivel \u00eenalt de competen\u021b\u0103 profesional\u0103;\nstructura normei didactice;<br>\n&#8211; organizarea programului \u0219colar, desf\u0103\u0219urat \u00een intervalul 8:00\u201317:00, cu o pauz\u0103 de pr\u00e2nz de o or\u0103 (12:00\u201313:00 sau 13:00\u201314:00).<br>\nAceste elemente reflect\u0103 un sistem riguros, bine structurat \u0219i orientat spre performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i coeren\u021b\u0103 organiza\u021bional\u0103<br>\nObservarea activit\u0103\u021bilor didactice \u2013 limba francez\u0103<br>\nAm asistat la o lec\u021bie de limba francez\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 cu elevi din ultimul an de liceu, av\u00e2nd ca obiect de studiu opera \u201eDiscours de la servitude volontaire\u201d de \u00c9tienne de La Bo\u00e9tie, text inclus \u00een programa pentru examenul de bacalaureat.<br>\nActivitatea didactic\u0103 a fost centrat\u0103 pe analiza \u0219i interpretarea unui text filosofic complex, urm\u0103rind dezvoltarea competen\u021belor de:<br>\n&#8211; \u00een\u021belegere profund\u0103 a mesajului textului;\n&#8211; argumentare \u0219i exprimare critic\u0103;<br>\n&#8211; identificare a ideilor principale \u0219i a rela\u021biilor dintre acestea;<br>\n&#8211; formulare de opinii personale sus\u021binute prin exemple din text.<br>\nProfesorul a utilizat o metod\u0103 dialogat\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe \u00eentreb\u0103ri deschise, ghid\u00e2nd elevii \u00een procesul de construc\u021bie a sensului \u0219i \u00een aprofundarea conceptelor discutate (libertate, putere, supunere).<br>\nLec\u021bia s-a remarcat prin nivelul ridicat de implicare cognitiv\u0103 al elevilor, rigoarea analizei \u0219i climatul educa\u021bional favorabil reflec\u021biei \u0219i dezbaterii.<br>\n\ud83c\udf0a Dimensiunea cultural\u0103 a mobilit\u0103\u021bii<br>\n\u00cen a doua parte a zilei, participan\u021bii au realizat, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu partenerii francezi, o vizit\u0103 \u00een zona de coast\u0103, incluz\u00e2nd Baie de Somme, Le Tr\u00e9port \u0219i Mers-les-Bains.<br>\nAceast\u0103 activitate a contribuit la dezvoltarea dimensiunii interculturale a mobilit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i la consolidarea rela\u021biilor de colaborare.<br>\n<b>Ziua 3 \u2013 25 martie 2026<\/b><br>\n \u00cen cea de-a treia zi a mobilit\u0103\u021bii Erasmus+, activit\u0103\u021bile au vizat aprofundarea cunoa\u0219terii infrastructurii educa\u021bionale \u0219i a mecanismelor de sprijin pentru elevi.<br>\n\ud83e\uddec\u2696\ufe0f\ud83c\udfa8 Am vizitat laboratoarele de fizic\u0103, chimie \u0219i informatic\u0103, observ\u00e2nd modul de organizare a spa\u021biilor didactice \u0219i integrarea activit\u0103\u021bilor practice \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Dot\u0103rile existente sus\u021bin desf\u0103\u0219urarea unor activit\u0103\u021bi experimentale relevante \u0219i sigure, contribuind la dezvoltarea competen\u021belor \u0219tiin\u021bifice ale elevilor.<br>\nProgramul a inclus \u0219i participarea la un atelier de art\u0103, unde a fost eviden\u021biat rolul expresivit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i al creativit\u0103\u021bii \u00een formarea elevilor.<br>\n \u270d\ufe0f   Un moment central al zilei l-a constituit prezentarea sus\u021binut\u0103 de doamna Claire Gaillet, care a introdus participan\u021bii \u00een utilizarea unei platforme digitale dedicate elevilor cu nevoi educa\u021bionale speciale. Au fost prezentate exemple de planuri de interven\u021bie individualizate, precum \u0219i modalit\u0103\u021bi concrete de monitorizare \u0219i sprijin.<br>\nDe asemenea, a fost analizat sistemul de formare continu\u0103 a cadrelor didactice, care se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een afara programului \u0219colar (\u00een weekend sau \u00een perioadele de vacan\u021b\u0103), reflect\u00e2nd o cultur\u0103 organiza\u021bional\u0103 orientat\u0103 spre dezvoltare profesional\u0103 continu\u0103.<br>\nZiua a eviden\u021biat o abordare educa\u021bional\u0103 integrat\u0103, \u00een care infrastructura, resursele digitale \u0219i formarea cadrelor didactice contribuie la sus\u021binerea unui \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt incluziv \u0219i de calitate.<br>\n   \ud83d\uddfc    Dup\u0103-amiaza zilei a fost dedicat\u0103 unei vizite culturale \u00een Paris, av\u00e2nd ca scop familiarizarea participan\u021bilor cu repere esen\u021biale ale patrimoniului european.<br>\n\ud83c\udff0 Programul a inclus vizitarea catedralei Notre-Dame de Paris, un simbol al arhitecturii gotice \u0219i al identit\u0103\u021bii culturale franceze, precum \u0219i o incursiune \u00een Muzeul Luvru, institu\u021bie de referin\u021b\u0103 pentru patrimoniul artistic universal.<br>\nParticipan\u021bii au avut, de asemenea, oportunitatea de a observa Turnul Eiffel, reper reprezentativ al ingineriei moderne.<br>                    \n\ud83d\udef3\ufe0f  Activitatea s-a \u00eencheiat cu o croazier\u0103 pe R\u00e2ul Sena, care a oferit o perspectiv\u0103 integrat\u0103 asupra principalelor obiective ale ora\u0219ului.<br>\n<b>Cea de-a patra zi<\/b> a mobilit\u0103\u021bii a fost dedicat\u0103 \u00een\u021belegerii modului de organizare \u0219i func\u021bionare a departamentului La vie scolaire, structur\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 \u00een gestionarea vie\u021bii \u0219colare \u0219i a climatului educa\u021bional.<br>\n\ud83d\udcd1 Organizarea \u201eLa vie scolaire\u201d \u0219i rolul actorilor implica\u021bi<br>\nActivit\u0103\u021bile au debutat cu o sesiune de lucru extins\u0103, const\u00e2nd \u00een discu\u021bii, \u00eentreb\u0103ri \u0219i clarific\u0103ri, la care au participat reprezentan\u021bi ai elevilor (inclusiv pre\u0219edintele elevilor \u0219i reprezentantul \u00een consiliul de administra\u021bie), precum \u0219i consilieri \u0219colari.<br>\nAu fost prezentate:<br>\n&#8211; proiectele ini\u021biate \u0219i coordonate de elevi;<br>\n&#8211; rolul elevilor-ambasadori \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bilor de prevenire a bullyingului;<br>\n&#8211; implicarea elevilor \u00een procesele decizionale la nivelul institu\u021biei.<br>\n\ud83d\udd76\ufe0f Monitorizarea \u0219i managementul comportamentului elevilor<br>\nParticipan\u021bii au analizat modul de utilizare a unei aplica\u021bii digitale prin care este monitorizat\u0103 activitatea fiec\u0103rui elev, incluz\u00e2nd:<br>\n&#8211; rezultatele \u0219colare;<br>\n&#8211; absen\u021bele \u0219i \u00eent\u00e2rzierile;<br>\n&#8211; comportamentul \u00een cadrul activit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219colare.<br>\nS-a eviden\u021biat rolul central al consilierului \u0219colar, care reprezint\u0103 primul nivel de interven\u021bie \u00een cazul abaterilor disciplinare.<br>\n\u00cen situa\u021bii mai complexe sau repetate, se pot aplica m\u0103suri precum excluderea temporar\u0103 de la cursuri pentru o perioad\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 8 zile. \u00cen acest interval, elevii nu sunt l\u0103sa\u021bi \u00een afara sistemului, ci r\u0103m\u00e2n sub supraveghere, desf\u0103\u0219ur\u00e2nd activit\u0103\u021bi educative sau de recuperare (\u00een bibliotec\u0103 sau \u00een alte spa\u021bii dedicate).<br>\n\ud83d\udd16  Distribu\u021bia responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor educa\u021bionale<br>\nUn aspect relevant eviden\u021biat \u00een cadrul discu\u021biilor a fost delimitarea clar\u0103 a rolurilor:<br>\n&#8211;  dirigin\u021bii gestioneaz\u0103 aspectele legate de parcursul \u0219colar \u0219i performan\u021ba elevilor;<br>\n&#8211;  consilierii \u0219colari sunt responsabili pentru componenta educativ\u0103, incluz\u00e2nd preven\u021bia, disciplina, comunicarea cu p\u0103rin\u021bii \u0219i monitorizarea elevilor cu dificult\u0103\u021bi.<br>\nAceast\u0103 distribu\u021bie contribuie la eficien\u021ba interven\u021biilor \u0219i la coeren\u021ba sistemului.<br>\n\ud83d\udcdd  Structura nivelurilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt<br>\nA fost prezentat\u0103 \u0219i structura organizatoric\u0103 a liceului, care include:<br>\n&#8211;  clase de liceu (nivel pre-bacalaureat), cu elevi cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 15\u201318 ani, organizate pe durata a trei ani;<br>\n&#8211;  clase post-bacalaureat, cu elevi \u00eentre 19\u201321 de ani, organizate pe durata a doi ani, orientate spre preg\u0103tire \u00een domenii tehnice, precum ingineria.<br>\n\ud83d\udc92  Dimensiunea cultural\u0103 a mobilit\u0103\u021bii<br>\nDup\u0103-amiaza a fost dedicat\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bilor culturale \u00een Amiens, incluz\u00e2nd vizitarea Maison de Jules Verne \u0219i a Catedralei Notre-Dame din Amiens.<br>\nAceste activit\u0103\u021bi au oferit participan\u021bilor oportunitatea de a explora repere culturale semnificative \u0219i de a \u00een\u021belege mai bine contextul istoric \u0219i cultural local.<br>\nExperien\u021ba contribuie la identificarea unor modele eficiente de
